I guess that there are people who envy Pentax colorful DSLRs. The problem is that Nikon and Canon DSLRs comes only in black. Today I've watched a video from DigitalRev.com, getting a painted job for the Nikon D7000. The color that was chosen was Pink of course, as the leading color of DigitalRev website. The last time Kai colored the Nikon D90 in Pink was a year ago, and he thought that this is a good time to color the D7000 in Pink too. DigitalRev took the Nikon D7000 pieces (ouch!) and spray the black parts in Pink color spray.
Of course, as we know Kai, he had to break something. Kai took the broken parts to Nikon headquarters, asking them to replace the parts. Nikon didn't want to replace the parts, even though that the camera has a warranty. Kai has decided to fix the camera in DigitalRev headquarters. Well, it seems that the camera wasn't actually broken, but there was a problem assembling the camera after dissembling it. The camera itself was only painted in Pink at the front. I actually don't think that you should follow those instructions and paint your Nikon DSLR like shown in this video. Actually, DON'T even think about it. Even so, that was a bit funny..
