There are very few cars in this world that can stir our imagination just by looking at them parked on the road, and this is one of them. We’re talking about the top dog in Aston Martin’s current lineup, the One-77 supercar, which was filmed here on the streets of London as it was being started up and ready to launch, by a Youtube user. It’s always great to see a rare supercar being used on the road instead of spending its life in a garage as a centerpiece.
The roar you hear from the tailpipes comes from the One-77’s handmade 7.3-liter V12 lump, which is certified at 750bhp and 750Nm (553.2 lb-ft) of peak torque. The British firm claims that its flagship model is capable of completing the 0-60mph (96 km/h) sprint in around 3.5 seconds and reaching a top speed of 220mph (355 km/h).
